What about shipping?:
Your order will be shipped directly to you. See below for a general estimate of time for GROUND SHIPPING. (Overnight and second day air shipping are also offered in which shipping time will decrease, but production time will remain the same.) For more specific shipping information, please contact us providing the destination zip code and product(s) of interest.

Do you offer a warranty?
Paper Concierge offers an unconditional 60 day warranty on our gift selection. Stationery is not warrantied. If your item is defective, or breaks, within 60 days of purchase, we will be happy to replace it free of charge with the same personalization and item that you originally purchased. Please send a photograph of the defect to support@paperconcierge.com along with your order information and we will gladly replace your item.
Do you offer discounts?
From time to time, Paper Concierge will offer different promotions and specials. We're sorry, but discounts and promotional codes can not be added together on a single purchase.
What if I have forgotten to enter my discount code?
If you have forgotten to enter your code, just let us know the valid code and we will be happy to apply it and credit you the difference.
Can I return my items if I don't like it?
Due to the personalized nature of our items, returns are not accepted, and refunds are not available.
How do I remove my thin case without damaging it?
The easiest and safest way to remove a thin case is to put your finger over the camera cover. While pressing on the back of the phone, gently pull the outer edge towards you and it will come off easily.
How do I place an order?
Start by creating an account, then select the type of device you want to design a cover for. Follow our onscreen prompts, then add the cover to your cart. Proceed to checkout when you are finished shopping.
How is my order shipped?
Our cases are shipped via USPS and we will provide you a tracking number for your order.
My photograph is not sizing correctly. What do I do?
Please email us at support@paperconcierge.com and we will be glad to help you with your photograph.
